Barcelos for me is just alright. I visited the one in GRA, Ikeja with a friend, and while the food was good, some of the drinks they had were horrid. Both drinks we ordered were terrible and we just settled for water in the end. I suggest they sample some of the drinks brought in before putting them up for sale. A 3 star rating will do.
