customer service is terrible... karaoke is sob much fun here and for some unknown reason, I love to go there. the comedian there thrills me everytime... their dj is okay, shaunz is that *hang out spot after work kinda place*

Crappy customer service. Karaoke is fun, comedy is fun, but when you get crappy service from the waiters and managers, it steals the fun out of the comedy and music. Their offerings are also over priced. The Karaoke rotation is very poor. They profile you and your party, and if you are not spending enough, they don't let it get to your turn to sing. They forget that if you are having a good time, you'll buy more than if you are not having a good time.

Very nice place. Funny comedians. Karaoke is fun and always will. Nice DJ. So far, pretty nice.
