I I love their Yamarita so much. Placed an order and was told it will take 2hours to prepare. 3 hours later, no call, so I decided to place a call only to be told Yamarita won't be available anytime soon. I thought that was too poor because I was hungry and decided to wait for 2hours, I expected at least a call to let me know my order won't be possible that day. Employers should train and monitor staff on customer service skills, they can ruin your business before you know it.

I still love their chicken. I crave it at times, but still don't buy it though... Simply put, I love some other chics more... lol
